摘  要:当前,转变经济发展方式已进入关键时期,加快企业管理方式创新刻不容缓。河钢集团唐钢公司也加快了转型升级的步伐,实施事业部制管理模式。研发由原来的单个部门集中管控实施,转变为由技术中心和各事业部研发中心共同开展产品研发的模式,技术中心为研发管理的归口部门,实现了大型钢铁企业事业部制研发部门之间互补,完成了创新资源的有效运用和配置。At present,the transformation of economic development mode has entered a critical period,and it is urgent to speed up the innovation of enterprise management mode.Tangshan Iron and Steel Company of Hegang group also accelerated the pace of transformation and upgrading,and implemented the division management mode.R&D is implemented under the centralized control of a single department,and is transformed into a mode in which the technology center and the R&D center of each business unit jointly carry out product R&D.the technology center is the centralized Department of R&D management,realizing the complementarity between the R&D departments of the business unit system of large steel enterprises,and completing the effective use and allocation of innovation resources.
