从汉字“六书”的角度探讨中医基本概念的内涵

摘　　要：汉字是中医基本概念的载体,汉字“六书”是理解汉字造字法的工具,运用汉字“六书”剖析字形的结构意义,可以从文字角度加深对中医基本概念的理解。以五脏、冲任督脉、腠理、精津液等为例,从中医生理、病理的角度,展示汉字“六书”如何在一定程度上帮助初学者在把握汉字形、音、义的同时,追根溯源地了解、领会中医医理。Chinese characters are the carriers of the basic concepts of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)."Six categories of characters"is a method to understand the rules of Chinese character-building.Using"six categories of characters"to analyze the structural meaning of the characters can deepen the understanding of the basic concepts of TCM from the perspective of characters.This paper takes five viscera,thoroughfare channel-conception channel-governor channel,striae and interstices,essence-clear fluid-turbid fluid as examples.From the perspective of physiology and pathology of TCM,it shows how the"six categories of characters"helps scholars to understand TCM to some extent while learning the structures,pronunciations and meaning of Chinese characters.
