中西医临床医学专业中西医结合类课程设置及教材使用现状调查分析

摘　　要：以全国开设中西医临床医学专业的40所高校专业负责人和学生为调查对象,运用问卷调查法了解在多数高校采取"两个基础,一个临床"的中西医结合人才培养模式下,各院校中西医结合类课程设置及教材使用评价情况.调查发现,大多数院校开设了中西医结合类课程;专业负责人对中西医结合类课程所用教材的评价整体较好,但是对教材培养临床实践能力的认可度较低;学生对教材的评价满意度整体低于专业负责人.认为其原因主要是教材理论与临床实践结合不紧密、中西医结合诊疗特色和优势不鲜明、统一的高质量教材较为缺乏.建议进一步完善中西医结合类教材建设,编写教材要切实立足临床实际,同时不断优化教材编写内容、创新教材编写模式.This questionnaire aims to investigate the status of curriculum design and textbook use of integrated Chinese and Western medicine under the traditional Chinese and Western integrative mode of“two foundations,one clinical practice”in 40 colleges and universities from the perspective of professional leaders and students.The findings show that most colleges and universities offer courses of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Professional leaders’overall evaluation of the textbooks is good,but in terms of cultivating students’clinical practice ability,their evaluation of the textbooks is low.Students’evaluation of the textbooks is generally lower than that of professional leaders.The main problems are:the theory and clinical practice are not integrated closely;the features and advantages of integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine are not highlighted;there is a lack of unified and high⁃quality textbooks.In order to improve the construction of teaching material for integrated Chinese and Western medicine,we suggest that the compilation of textbooks should be based on clinical reality.At the same time,we should optimize the content of textbooks and innovate the mode of textbook compilation.
