摘 要:劳动教育是德智体美劳全面发展教育中不可或缺和不可替代的重要组成部分。虽然劳动教育得到越来越多的关注和重视,但在具体实践中仍存在着地位边缘化、内容单一、流于形式等问题。英国中小学劳动教育是有目的、有计划进行的劳动实践,强调劳动实践中学生的主体性,并具有鲜明的时代特征。在实施路径上,英国劳动教育注重学校劳动教育课程的实施,积极开展课外劳动教育实践,并由家庭、学校和社会三方面内外联合协作培育中小学生的劳动素养。英国劳动教育的经验对我国充分认识劳动教育的价值追求,健全劳动教育课程体系,形成家庭、学校和社会协同育人的劳动教育模式具有重要借鉴意义。Labor education is an indispensable and irreplaceable part of the comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education.Although labor education has received much attention,it still has a marginal status in practice with monotonous content and certain formality.Labor education in British primary and secondary schools is a purposeful and planned practice,emphasizing the subjectivity of students,which very well reflects distinct characteristics of the times.In its implementation,British labor education is an active participant in extra-curricular labor education practices and a good promoter of joint cooperation between families,schools and the society to cultivate students’competency in primary and secondary schools.The experience of labor education in the United Kingdom is of great significance to understand the value pursuit of labor education,improve the labor education curriculum system,and form a labor education model in which families,schools and the society would educate people with a joint effort.
