静电纺丝法制备白藜芦醇固体分散体及其释药机制综合实验设计

摘　　要：针对中南林业科技大学林产化工专业综合实验课程教学的需要,结合近年来科研成果,设计了静电纺丝法制备白藜芦醇固体分散体及其释药机制的综合实验。利用静电纺丝技术制备了白藜芦醇固体分散体,通过扫描电镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱和差示扫描量热测试技术对其性能进行表征分析,并探讨了白藜芦醇固体分散体在模拟肠液中的体外释放效果与机制。以林源特色成分白藜芦醇的新型制剂制备技术与释药性能评价为实验内容,涉及多门主干课程的基础理论知识,兼具专业性、综合性和创新性。教学实践表明,该综合实验有利于培养学生综合运用多学科知识解决实际问题的能力,提高学生的创新意识和科研素养。In order to satisfy the teaching needs of major comprehensive experiment course of chemical processing of forest products in authors’university,combined with the research achievements in recent years,a comprehensive experiment including resveratrol solid dispersion prepared by electrospinning and its drug release mechanism were designed.Resveratrol solid dispersion was prepared by electrospinning,and its properties were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry.The release effect and mechanism in simulated intestinal fluid were investigated.The experimental content of new preparation technology and drug release performance evaluation of resveratrol were researched.A characteristic ingredient of forest original,which involves the basic theoretical knowledge of several main courses was professional,comprehensive and innovative.Teaching practice showed it is beneficial to cultivate students’ability of solving practical problems by using multi-disciplinary knowledge comprehensively,and improve their innovation consciousness and scientific research accomplishment.
