中德“SGAVE”项目现代学徒制度汽车机电人才培养研究

摘　　要：在类德国模式现代学徒制度在中国实践中,中德“SGAVE”项目汽车机电人才培养需要更好的结合筛选标准、培训方案、选拔方案、考核标准等,完成实质性进展。结合类德国模式,现代学徒制度可以更好的从教学组织以及建设模式出发,衔接整个教育领域,实现双导师育人的重要性。调节目前在教育中出现的各种不足,解决学生在学习中出现的关键问题,保障学生能够得到全面成长,符合我国培养体系。如通过了解发动机冷却系统的结构和功能、了解冷却液的类型、特点和功能、掌握冷却液的检查与更换工艺、掌握发动机冷却系统的保养与检查标准等,完成能力以及教师教学水准的双向增强、实践探索。因此,在本文的研究中,本文将就类德国模式现代学徒制度在中国实践——中德“SGAVE”项目汽车机电人才培养范例进行研究。In the practice of German-like modern apprenticeship system in China,Sino-German“SGAVE”project automotive electromechanical talent training needs to better combine screening standards,training programs,selection programs,assessment standards,etc.,to complete substantial progress.Combined with the German-like model,the modern apprenticeship system can better start from the teaching organization and construction model,connect the entire education field,and realize the importance of dual-tutor education.It adjusts various deficiencies in education,solves the key problems of students in learning,and ensures that students can grow in an all-round way,which is in line with our country's training system.For example,by understanding the structure and function of the engine cooling system,understanding the type,characteristics and function of the coolant,mastering the inspection and replacement process of the coolant,mastering the maintenance and inspection standards of the engine cooling system,etc.,two-way enhancement is explored.Therefore,in the research of this paper,the practice of the German-like modern apprenticeship system in China-the Sino-German“SGAVE”project automotive electromechanical talent training example is studied.
