摘　　要：目的:比较现行继续教育体系对社区全科医师岗位胜任力各模块内容的覆盖情况,探索满足社区需求的全科医师继续教育阶段培养体系。方法:于2020年6—7月,收集上海市嘉定区马陆社区卫生服务中心在2018—2019年2年间全科医师参与的各类继续教育项目情况,剖析当前继续教育体系与各全科岗位胜任力所需培训内容的匹配度和覆盖度。结果:覆盖度仅为79.09%,软技能模块严重缺失。结论:社区全科医师继续教育体系应以岗位胜任力为依据,以胜任社区卫生服务中心各岗位职责为目标,由社区卫生服务中心作为主要建设力量,相关部门支持和帮扶进行构建与推进。OBJECTIVE To understand the coverage of the current continuing education system on the competency modules of commu⁃nity general practitioners,and to explore the training system for continuing education of general practitioners to meet the needs of communi⁃ty.METHODS From June to July in 2020,various continuing education programs participated by general practitioners in Malu community from 2018 to 2019 were collected,and the matching degree and coverage degree between the current continuing education system and the training contents required for the competency of all general practitioners were analyzed.RESULTS The coverage was only 79.09%,and the soft skills section was seriously missing.CONCLUSION The continuing education system of community general practitioners should be built and promoted on the basis of post competency,aiming at the post responsibilities of competent community health service centers,with com⁃munity health service centers,as the main construction force and the support and assistance of relevant departments.
