摘　　要：目的:分析江苏省连云港市某镇初中学生龋齿及恒牙龋患状况,为该地区乡镇初中生龋齿防治工作提供依据。方法:采用2015—2020年江苏省连云港市某镇6所中学的体检数据,对初中生龋齿患病情况进行分析。结果:2015—2020年连云港市某镇6所中学共有21332名学生参加体检,其中患龋齿学生3969人,总患龋率为18.6%。≤12岁、13岁、≥14岁3个年龄组学生患龋率分别为16.6%、17.9%、21.1%,差异有统计学意义(Z=4.48,P<0.05);男女生患龋率分别为21.4%和16.2%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=94.0,P<0.05);初1、初2、初3学生患龋率分别为17.2%、17.1%和25.3%,差异有统计学意义(Z=4.174,P<0.05)。结论:2015—2019年江苏省连云港市某镇初中学生患龋率趋于平稳,但该地区初中生患龋率随年龄的升高出现上升的趋势,需要引起有关部门重视,加强该地区初中生的龋齿防治工作。OBJECTIVE To analyzes the prevalence of dental caries and permanent dental caries in junior high school students in Lianyungang,Jiangsu Province,and to provides the basis for the prevention and treatment of dental caries in junior high school students in the town.METHODS Based on the physical examination data of six township middle schools in Lianyungang from 2015to 2020,the caries prevalence of junior high school students was analyzed.RESULTS From 2015 to 2020,a total of 21332 students in 6 middle schools in a town of Lianyungang took the physical examination,among which 3969 students had dental caries,with a total caries rate of 18.6%.The caries rates in the 13 age groups of no more than 12,13 and no less than14 were 16.6%,17.9%and21.1%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant.(Z=4.48,P<0.05).The caries rates of boys and girls were 21.4%and 16.2%,respectively,the difference were significant(χ^(2)=94.0,P<0.05).The caries rates of students who were in Grade 7,8,9were 17.2%,17.1%and 25.3%,respectively,and the difference were significant(Z=4.174,P<0.05).CONCLUSION From 2015 to2019,the caries rate of junior high school students in Lian yungang,Jiangsu Province tendes to be stable,However,the rate of dental caries in junior high school students in the area increases with the increase of age,which needs to be paid attention to by relevant departments to strengthen the prevention and control of dental caries in junior high school students in this area.
