疫情防控常态化背景下硕士研究生招生考试面临的舆情风险及应对措施探析

摘　　要：全国硕士研究生招生考试作为一项大规模高利害的国家教育考试,与考生切身利益息息相关,受到社会高度关注。在疫情防控常态化背景下,研究生考试考务管理工作面临的舆情风险主要有:考务人员在面对突发情况时应对考生诉求存在盲点风险,新增线上考务工作存在潜在流程风险,异地借考工作突发存在潜在管理风险,全媒体时代存在舆情信息的急剧爆发风险。在分析上述舆情风险点的基础上,提出应对的措施主要有:加强组织领导,强化风险责任意识;注重考务培训,强化舆情信息意识;组建专家智库,提升应急处突能力;搭建协同平台,提升舆情处置时效;拓宽咨询平台,提升服务考生意识。As a large-scale and high-stake national education examination,the postgraduate examination is closely related to the vital interests of candidates and has received great attention from society.In the context of the prevention and control of the ongoing COVID-19 epidemic,due to the continuous adjustment of epidemic prevention and control policies,the management of postgraduate examinations needs to constantly change,coupled with long-term home review preparation,which can easily lead to anxiety among candidates.With the continuous increase in the scale of postgraduate examinations,higher requirements have been placed on the examination work.However,some examination staff may have blind spots when responding to candidates’demands in emergency situations,and there are also potential risks in the process of the newly-emerged online examination work and in the management process of“borrowing the test from other places”work,and these factors can easily lead to the occurrence of public opinion regarding the test.Based on the analysis of the public opinion risk points faced by the postgraduate examination,this paper proposes measures to deal with the public opinion risks involved in the examination:strengthen organizational leadership,strengthen the awareness of risk responsibility;pay attention to the training of examination affairs,and strengthen the awareness of public opinion information;set up expert think tanks to improve emergency response;build a collaborative platform to improve the timeliness of public opinion disposal;expand the consulting platform and improve the awareness of serving candidates.
