摘　　要：随着经济的不断进步,高等院校和企事业单位对生物技术专业高层次、综合型人才的需要日益增多。生物技术专业实验课在专业人才的培养上起着举足轻重的作用,为了提高生物技术专业实验课教学效果,本文以“项目式”教学法为导向,结合“启发式、讨论式”的教学理念,从实验方案的设计与论证、组织实施的过程,以及教学内容的选择、实验共享平台的完善、实验教学团队的建设、多种教学手段的运用、实验考核与成绩评定等方面进行了改革和探索,调动了学生参与实验的积极性和主动性、培养了学生团队合作意识、激发了学生创新意识与思维、提高了学生实践动手操作能力,以及对生物技术专业的理论和实验知识的实际应用能力,形成了自己的课程特色,提高了实验教学水平和质量,为培养实用型人才奠定了基础。With the continuous progress of the economy,the demand for high--level and comprehensive talents of Biotechnology specialty in cllges and universities and enterprises is increasing day by day.The experimental course of Biotechnology specialty plays an important role in the culivation of professional talents.In order to improve the teaching efect of experimental course of Biotechnology specialty,this paper takes the"project-based"teaching method as the guidance,combined with the teaching concept of"heuristic and discussion",from the design and demonstration of experimental scheme,the process of organization and implementation,the slcion of teaching content,the improvement of experimental sharing platfom,the construction of experimental teaching team,the application of various teaching methods,experimental examination and performance evaluation have been reformed and explored,which has mobilized the students'enthusiasm and initiative to participate in the experiment,culivated the students'sense of teamwork,stimulated the students'innovative consciousness and thinking.improved the students'practical operation ability and the practial application ability of the theoretical and experimental knowledge of Biotechnology specialty,and formed their own curiculum characteristics.It improves the level and quality of experimental teaching and lays a foundation for culivating practical talents.
