摘  要:目的将微课结合雨课堂教学模式应用于手术室护生教学中,分析其中的应用效果。方法将福建医科大学附属协和医院2020年3月—2021年3月手术室60名护生中作为研究对象,随机纳入实验组30名、对照组30名,分别应用微课结合雨课堂教学模式、传统PPT讲课和示范讲解教学模式,比较两组的教学效果。结果实验组护生的领导、灵活性、技能、满意度、沟通交流、理论成绩、技能成绩、课前教学课件、测试题、案例分析、课堂理论教学、测试题、讨论的评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微课结合雨课堂在手术室护生带教中的应用效果良好,值得在实际工作中推广开展。Objective To analyze the application effect of micro class combined with rain class teaching mode in the teaching of nursing students in the operating room.Methods 60 nursing students in the operating room of the Fujian Medical University Union Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.30 students in the experimental group and 30 students in the control group were randomly included.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared by using the micro class combined with rain classroom teaching mode,traditional PPT lecture and demonstration explanation teaching mode respectively.Results The scores of leadership,flexibility,skills,satisfaction,communication,theoretical scores,skill scores,pre class teaching courseware,test questions,case analysis,classroom theory teaching,test questions and discussion of nursing students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The micro-class combined with the rain classroom has a good application effect in the teaching of nursing students in the operating room,and it is worthy of promotion and development in actual work.
