摘　　要：随着对外开放的深入推进,来华深造留学生的人数也呈现出逐年升高的趋势,医学来华留学生是其中一个重要的群体。临床学习需要开展大量的沟通和实践活动,对医学留学生的文化适应性产生了一定的挑战,甚至会大幅影响教学质量。本文先是分析了医学来华留学生临床教学质量的深远影响,在此基础上进一步研究了留学生、临床带教老师以及教学管理体系对不同文化的适应性,探讨了医学来华留学生在适应国内教学、生活、文化以及价值观等方面存在的困难,最后提出了通过提升文化适应性来改善医学来华留学生临床教学质量的具体方法和实施策略,以此为相关教学和管理工作提供必要的借鉴。With the deepening of opening to the outside world,the number of foreign students coming to China for further study also shows an increasing trend year by year.Medical students coming to China are one of the important groups.Clinical learning requires a lot of communication and practical activities,which poses a certain challenge to the cultural adaptability of medical students,and even greatly affects the teaching quality.This paper first analyzes the far-reaching impact on the clinical teaching quality of medical students in China,further studies the adaptability of foreign students,clinical teachers and teaching management system to different cultures,and discusses the difficulties of medical students in adapting to domestic teaching,life,culture and values.Finally,it puts forward specific methods and implementation strategies to improve the clinical teaching quality of medical foreign students in China by improving cultural adaptability,so as to provide necessary reference for relevant teaching and management work.
