摘 要:目的了解万州区社区老年人营养知识水平及影响因素,为实施有针对性的营养干预措施提供参考依据。方法2019年11月—2020年1月,采用方便抽样的方法,对1805名65岁及以上老年人进行营养知识问卷调查。采用SPSS 25.0软件进行统计分析,率的比较采用χ^(2)检验。采用logistic回归分析老年人营养知识知晓情况的影响因素。结果有效应答有1770人,应答率为98.06%,平均年龄(71.99±5.39)岁,营养知识知晓率为40.34%。不同特征老年人的营养知识单因素分析显示,地区、年龄、文化程度、居住方式、人均收入、自觉健康状况进行比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,地区、文化程度、年龄、人均收入均是知晓营养知识的影响因素。结论万州区社区老年人营养知识水平仍需进一步提高,应制定基于营养知识和素养薄弱人群有针对性的对策。Objective To understand the nutritional knowledge level and influencing factors of the elderly in Wanzhou District,so as to provide reference basis for the implementation of targeted nutritional intervention measures.Methods From November 2019 to January 2020,a total of 1805 elderly people aged 65 and above were surveyed with a questionnaire on nutrition knowledge by convenient sampling.SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis,and Chi-square test was used for rate comparison.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of nutritional knowledge awareness of the elderly.Results A total of 1770 people responded effectively,the response rate was 98.06%,the average age was 71.99±5.39 years old,and the awareness rate of nutritional knowledge was 40.34%.The univariate analysis of nutritional knowledge of the elderly with different characteristics showed that there were significant differences in region,age,education level,living style,per capita income and conscious health status(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that region,education level,age and per capita income were the influencing factors of knowing nutrition knowledge.Conclusion The level of nutrition knowledge of the elderly in Wanzhou community still needs to be further improved.Targeted countermeasures based on the weak nutrition knowledge and literacy groups.
