“三明治”式教学设计与实施——模拟招聘实训活动大班教学的实现

摘  要:教育部明确规定“将就业指导课程纳入教学计划”,多数高校将其归属在招生就业部门或创新创业学院承担。受限于就业指导教师队伍人数与水平,班级规模一般都比较大。既要在课堂上展开实训活动,学生的能力又要得到充分训练,一直是模拟招聘这个课内实训教学环节所面临的问题。在教学改革过程中,教师始终秉承“以学生能力发展为中心,产出导向,持续改进”的教学理念,以BOPPPS、对分课堂教学模式为理论指导,借助信息化教学平台学习通,采用“三明治”式的教学设计与实施,教、学、做融通,实现模拟招聘实训教学活动的大班教学,取得较好的教学效果。The Ministry of Education clearly stipulates that"employment guidance courses will be included in the teaching plan".However,most colleges and universities assign the job to the recruitment and employment department or innovation and entrepreneurship faculty.Due to the limitation of the number and level of employment guidance teachers and the large class size,teachers should not only carry out practical training activities in class,but also make students fully trained.These are the problems faced by the practical training teaching link in the course of simulated recruitment.In the process of teaching reform,teachers have always been adhering to the teaching concept of"students'ability development as the center,output oriented,continuous improvement",guided by BOPPPS and the teaching mode of divided classes,with the help of information teaching platform to learn,adopt the"sandwich"teaching design and implementation,teaching,learning,doing integration.The large class teaching of simulated recruitment and practical training has been realized and better teaching effect has been achieved.
