摘 要:数字技术对就业质量产生了一系列根本性影响,探索数字技术下可持续的开发利用人力资本,对实现高质量就业、促进经济健康可持续发展具有重要意义。基于CLDS数据研究发现:数字技术带来的劳动生产率提升引发了实际工作时间下降;物质资料丰裕下,货币因素、非货币激励因素、消费文化将重塑雇员偏好,工作评价上升,一定程度上抵消了雇主权力上升和组织文化所致的剩余劳动增加引发的雇员过劳。运用数字技术提升劳动生产率,缩短实际工作时间,改善工作评价,将缓解雇员过劳,有助于人力资本的恢复与发展,构建和谐劳动关系,促进人类发展。Digital technology has exerted a series of fundamental effects on employment quality.Exploring how to develop and use human capital sustainably accompanied with digital technology is of great significance to realize high-quality employment and sustainable economy development.The research based on the CLDS data revealed that,the increase of labor productivity brought by digital technology has caused the decline of actual working hours.Under the circumstances of material abundance,monetary factor,non-monetary incentives and consumption culture would reshape employees’preferences.In addition,the improvement of job evaluation could offset the strengthening of employers’power and the employees’overwork caused by the increase of surplus labor in organizational cultural context in some way.The improvement of labor productivity applying digital technology,the contraction of actual working hours and the improvement of job evaluation were all conductive to the alleviation of employees’overwork,which can help to develop human capital,construct harmonious labor relations and promote human development.
