拟剧论视角下的幼儿园节日活动探析

摘　　要：幼儿园节日活动是幼儿园综合活动的重要组成部分,但在节日活动的开展过程中却出现了一些异化现象。欧文·戈夫曼的拟剧论思想为幼儿园节日活动研究提供了新的视角,从表演、剧班与印象管理、前台与后台等要素分析幼儿园节日活动,发现存在着理想化表演、忽视幼儿的内在需要、后台活动价值未被开发等问题。通过真诚表演、合理定位教师角色、将前台转为后台等策略可以更好地促进幼儿园节日活动的开展。Festival activities are an important part of kindergarten comprehensive activities.However,there are some alienation phenomena in the process of festival activities.Erving Goffman’s theory of dramaturgy provides a new perspective for the study of kindergarten festival activities.The analysis of the kindergarten festival activities from performance,teams and impression management,front regions and back regions,shows that there are some problems including idealized performances,neglect of children intrinsic needs and the undeveloped value of background activities.The development of kindergarten festival activities can be better promoted by the strategies such as sincere performances,rational positioning of teachers’roles,and turning the front regions into the back regions.
