摘 要:质量安全监管体系是保障产品安全的重要手段之一,本文以畜牧业大国新西兰为研究对象,介绍了新西兰肉类产品相关政府监管机构、法规标准,简述了新西兰肉类产品质量安全监管体系保持对食品监管的高标准、多角度监控食品安全、控制农用化合物和兽药的使用、食品保证和验证服务以及保证和认证5个方面特点,并就完善我国肉类产品监管体系提出完善法律法规体系、推动监管体系国际互认、推动肉类监督管理精细化3点启示,以期为完善我国肉类监管体系、提升肉类产品质量提供参考依据。The quality and safety supervision system is one of the important means to ensure product safety.Taking the animal husbandry country New Zealand as the research object,this paper introduces the relevant government supervision institutions,regulations and standards of New Zealand meat products,and summarizes five characteristics of the New Zealand meat product quality and safety supervision system,that is maintaining the high standards for food supervision,monitoring food safety from multiple angles,controling the use of agricultural compounds and veterinary drugs,food assurance and verification services,and assurance and certification,and puts forward three enlightenments for improving China’s meat product quality and safety supervision system,that is perfecting the legal and regulatory system,promoting the international mutual recognition of the supervision system,and promoting the refinement of meat supervision and management,in order to provide reference for improving China’s meat supervision system and improving the quality of meat products.
