摘　　要：本文运用基于Sarma指数原理构建的在线职教发展指数模型对在线职业教育发展水平进行测度,避免了过去只能通过参与人数、学习时长等一元化指标对其进行描述的弊端,得出的测度结果具有客观性、实用性,指出根据测度结果对在线职教发展水平及其影响因素进行评价更为科学。This paper uses the online vocational education development index model constructed based on Sarma index to measure the development level of online vocational education,which avoids the drawbacks that it can only be described by unified indicators such as the number of participants and learning time in the past,and the measurement results are objective and practical.It points out that it is more scientific to evaluate the development level of online vocational education and its influencing factors according to the measurement results.
