摘 要:对婴幼儿配方食品危害物质来源进行分析,降低食品安全质量风险。以婴幼儿配方乳粉为研究对象,对原料、加工、包装、储存和运输等环节的危害物来源进行分析,对风险进行评估,并提出防控措施,为企业对婴幼儿奶粉中危害物的风险控制提供思路。The source of hazardous substances in infant formula food was analyzed to reduce the risk of food safety and quality. Infant formula milk powder was taken as the research object, the sources of hazards in raw materials, processing,packaging, storage and transportation were analyzed, the risks were assessed, and prevention and control measures were proposed. It provided ideas for enterprises to control the risk of harmful substances in infant milk powder.
