摘 要:文章建立了表面活性剂辅助-分散液液微萃取-高效液相色谱法快速测定风味饮料中尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金乙酯、尼泊金丙酯和尼泊金丁酯含量的方法。正辛醇为萃取剂,CTAB为分散剂,萃取过程通过表面活性剂的双亲作用,实现了萃取剂在样品溶液中均匀分散、增加萃取剂与分析物的接触表面积的作用。考察并优化了影响分散液液微萃取的实验条件,包括萃取剂和分散剂种类及用量、样品溶液pH值和离子强度。在最优条件下,方法的线性范围为10~5000 ng/mL(R^(2)>0.999),检出限(S/N=3)为0.23~0.41 ng/mL,样品加标回收率为88.50%~105.34%。方法成功应用于风味饮料中4种尼泊金酯含量的测定。A method for the determination of methylparaben(MP),ethylparaben(EP),propylparaben(PP),and butylparaben(BP)in flavor beverage was developed by surfactant-assisted dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(SA-DLLME)combined with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).In this work,1-octanol was used as the extractant,CTAB as the dispersant.In the extraction process,the extractant was dispersed by the surfactant evenly in the sample solution and the contact surface between the extractant and the analyte was increased significantly.The experimental conditions affecting DLLME were investigated and optimized,including the type and dosage of extractant and dispersant,pH value and ionic strength.Under the optimal conditions,the linear range of the method was 10~5000 ng/mL(R^(2)>0.999),the limit of detection(S/N=3)was 0.23~0.41 ng/mL,and the recoveries were in the range 88.50%~105.34%.The method was successfully applied to determination of four parabens in flavor beverage.
