摘  要:以在线评论和高校博物馆观众满意度已有研究为基础,以清华大学艺术博物馆大众点评在线评论为数据来源,借助质性研究和量化研究方法对清华大学艺术博物馆观众满意度因素进行探讨,得出影响观众满意度的10项因素:展览、环境、消费、服务、宣传、设施、交通、儿童接待、活动、疫情,归纳为决定因素、积极因素、消极因素3个维度。在对影响观众满意度因素具体分析的基础上对该馆今后的发展提出建议与对策。Based on the existing research on online reviews and audience satisfaction of university museums,this paper takes the online reviews of public comments of Tsinghua University Art Museum as the data source,and discusses the factors affecting audience satisfaction of Tsinghua University Art Museum with the help of qualitative and quantitative research methods.Ten factors affecting audience satisfaction are obtained:exhibitions,environment,consumption,services,publicity,facilities,transportation,children's reception,activities and epidemics,which are summarized into three dimensions:decisive factors,positive factors and negative factors.Based on the specific analysis of the factors affecting audience satisfaction,suggestions and countermeasures are put forward for the future development of the museum.
