摘  要:中医是以中医药基础理论和实践经验为基础,对人类生命历程中的健康、疾病转化规律及疾病预防、诊治、康复、护理等有关内容进行研究的重要学科。PBL(problem-based learning)案例式教学模式,可通过为学生创造一个近似于实战的临床环境,使他们在反复的观察、讨论、和实践中构建有关中医的知识网络和临床意识,以达到提高学生临床技能和专业素养的目标。PBL-案例式教学模式,可以充分调动学生学习的积极性和学习能力,同时有助于提高学生的整体分析能力、创新能力、以及处理现实问题的能力,从而为临床医学中医事业的发展培养更多高质量人才,更好地服务广大人民群众。Traditional Chinese medicine is an important discipline based on the basic theory and practical experience of traditional Chinese medicine, which studies the health, disease transformation laws, disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment, rehabilitation,nursing, and other related contents in the course of human life. PBL(problem-based learning) case-based teaching mode can create a clinical environment similar to the actual combat for students, so that they can build the knowledge network and clinical awareness of traditional Chinese medicine in repeated observation, discussion, and practice, so as to achieve the goal of improving students’ clinical skills and professional quality. PBL case-based teaching mode can fully mobilize students’ enthusiasm and learning ability, and help improve students’ overall analysis ability, innovation ability and ability to deal with practical problems, so as to cultivate more high-quality talents for the development of clinical medicine and traditional Chinese medicine and better serve the broad masses of the people.
