摘  要:为了探讨脱贫地区幼儿教师的职业倦怠状况及其与心理资本的关系,使用《职业倦怠问卷》和《教师心理资本量表》对贵州省晴隆县220名幼儿教师进行调查。研究发现,幼儿教师职业倦怠处于中偏下水平,职业倦怠与心理资本存在显著负相关关系,并且幼儿教师心理资本能够显著负向预测职业倦怠。以上研究结果对提高乡村幼儿教师的积极心理素养,缓解其职业倦怠,维持乡村幼儿教师队伍稳定性具有一定理论价值和实践意义。In order to explore the burnout status of preschool teachers in poverty alleviation areas and its relationship with psy-chological capital,a survey was conducted on 220 Preschool teachers in Qinglong County,Guizhou Province using the Burnout Ques-tionnaire and the Teacher Psychological Capital Inventory.The study found that burnout was at a low to moderate level,that burnout had a significant negative relationship with psychological capital,and that the psychological capital of Preschool teachers was a signif-icant negative predictor of burnout.The results of this study have theoretical and practical implications for improving the positive psy-chological qualities of rural teachers,alleviating their burnout,and promoting the stability of the rural Preschool teaching force.
