双高建设背景下产教融合的内涵思考与路径延展

摘　　要：产教融合与职业教育相伴相生,推进“产业发展与教育需求整合”是职业教育天然的使命与追求。双高建设背景下,职业院校产教融合存在产教融合双向政策支持体系不完善、产教资源对接机制不顺畅、产教资源配套供给不足等现实困境。基于此,在不同层面阐释了双高背景下产教融合的时代使命:对国家而言,要高水平整合产教优质资源,提升职业教育服务国家战略能力;对院校而言,要系统改革高职院校办学模式,提升职业教育治理现代化水平;对企业而言,要引领支撑企业转型和创新发展,提升企业核心竞争力。最后,从政策先导、理念引领、机制保障、资源为本等方面,对双高背景下高职院校产教融合的路径进行了详细的探讨。The integration of industry and education is accompanied by vocational education. It is the natural mission and pursuit of vocational education to promote the integration of industrial development and educational demand.Under the background of "double high" construction, the integration of industry and education in vocational colleges has some practical difficulties, such as imperfect two-way policy support system, unsmooth docking mechanism of industry and education resources, and insufficient supporting supply of industry and education resources. Based on this, the paper explains the era mission of the integration of industry and education under the background of "double high" plan: for the country, it is necessary to integrate high-quality resources of industry and education at a high level and improve the strategic ability of vocational education to serve the country;For colleges and universities,it is necessary to systematically reform the school running mode of higher vocational colleges and improve the modernization level of vocational education governance;For enterprises, it is necessary to lead and support the transformation and innovation development of enterprises and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Finally, this paper discusses the path of integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges in detail from the aspects of policy guidance, concept guidance, mechanism guarantee and resource.
