摘　　要：目的 探讨在口腔修复中应用二氧化锆修复体对提升边缘密合性的价值。方法 回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年12月于本院进行口腔修复的50例患者作为研究对象,根据不同的修复方案分为对照组与观察组,每组25例。对照组采用常规合金修复体进行修复,观察组采用二氧化锆修复体进行修复,比较两组修复前后咀嚼功能(咬合力、咀嚼效率)、牙龈指标[牙龈指数(GI)、出血指数(BI)、菌斑指数(PLI)]、修复效果(边缘密合性良好、修复体绷瓷、修复体折断)。结果 修复后,观察组咬合力、咀嚼效率分别为(129.36±15.30)Ibs、(1.45±0.26)分,均高于对照组的(94.21±12.28)Ibs、(1.02±0.22)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组GI、BI、PLI分别为(0.33±.007)、(0.56±0.12)、(0.49±0.16),均低于对照组的(0.51±0.12)、(0.74±0.13)、(0.85±0.22),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组边缘密合性良好率为92.00%,高于对照组的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在口腔修复中应用二氧化锆修复体,能增强患者咀嚼功能,改善牙龈指标,提高边缘密合性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the value of zirconia restoration in oral prosthetics for improving edge cohesion. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 50 patients undergoing oral prosthodontics in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to different prosthodontics, with 25 cases in each group. The control group took conventional alloy restoration to repair, the observation group took zirconium dioxide restoration to repair, to compare two groups before and after repair masticatory function(bite, masticatory efficiency), gingival index [gingival index(GI), bleeding index(BI), plaque index(PLI)], repair effect(edge or sex good,restoration Bengci, restoration break). Results After repair, the bite force and chewing efficiency in the observation group were(129.36±15.30) Ibs and(1.45±0.26) points, respectively, which were higher than those in the control group(94.21±12.28) Ibs and(1.02±0.22) points, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). GI, BI and PLI in the observation group were(0.33±.007),(0.56±0.12) and(0.49±0.16), respectively, lower than those in the control group(0.51±0.12),(0.74±0.13) and(0.85±0.22), and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The good margin cohesion rate of the observation group was 92.00%, which was higher than that of the control group(68.00%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Zirconia restorations can strengthen chewing function, improve gingival index, and improve edge cohesion,which is worthy of clinical application.
