摘 要:试验旨在探讨大枣多糖对乌鸡抗氧化功能、产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响。选用120日龄的乌鸡240只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只,A组乌鸡饲喂蛋鸡产蛋期配合饲料,B组、C组和D组乌鸡饲喂蛋鸡产蛋期配合饲料添加1、2和4 g/kg大枣多糖。结果显示:与A组相比,C组乌鸡血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)极显著升高(P<0.01),B组和D组均显著升高(P<0.05);C组和D组乌鸡血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均极显著升高(P<0.01),B组显著升高(P<0.05);C组和D组乌鸡血清丙二醛(MDA)含量均极显著降低(P<0.01),B组显著降低(P<0.05)。与A组相比,大枣多糖各浓度组乌鸡平均开产日龄均极显著降低(P<0.01),开产前乌鸡平均日采食量均极显著升高(P<0.01);B组和C组乌鸡产蛋率、平均日产蛋量均极显著升高(P<0.01),料蛋比极显著降低(P<0.01)。与A组相比,大枣多糖各浓度组鸡蛋蛋形指数均极显著升高(P<0.01),C组和D组鸡蛋的平均蛋重均极显著升高(P<0.01);C组鸡蛋的蛋白高度极显著升高(P<0.01),B组和D组均显著高于A组(P<0.05);B组和C组鸡蛋的蛋壳厚度均极显著升高(P<0.01);C组和D组鸡蛋的哈夫单位均极显著升高(P<0.01);D组鸡蛋的蛋黄颜色极显著升高(P<0.01),B组和C组均显著升高(P<0.05)。研究表明,大枣多糖能够改善乌鸡的抗氧化功能、产蛋性能和蛋品质,C组效果较好。The experiment was to investigate the effect of jujube polysaccharide on the antioxidant function, egg laying performance and egg quality of black-bone chickens. A total of 240 120-day-old black-bone chickens were selected and divided into four groups, with three replicates in each group and 20 chickens in each replicate. The chickens in group A were fed with compound feed for laying hens, and chickens in group B, group C and group D were fed with compound feed for laying hens with 1, 2 and 4 g/kg jujube polysaccharide. The results showed that compared with group A, the activity of T-SOD, GSH-Px and T-AOC in group C were extremely increased(P<0.01), both group B and group D were significantly increased(P<0.05). The activity of CAT in group C and group D were extremely increased(P<0.01), and those in group B were significantly increased(P<0.05). The content of MDA in group C and group D was extremely decreased(P<0.01), and the content in group B was significantly decreased(P<0.05). Compared with group A, the average age of onset of production was extremely decreased in each concentration group of jujube polysaccharide(P<0.01), and the average daily feed intake before production was extremely increased(P<0.01). Compared with group A, the egg production rate and average daily egg production in group B and group C were extremely increased(P<0.01). The feed to egg ratio was extremely decreased(P<0.01). Compared with group A, the egg shape index of each concentration group of jujube polysaccharide was extremely increased(P<0.01), and the average egg weight of group C and group D were extremely increased(P<0.01). The protein height of group C was extremely increased(P<0.01), and both group B and group D were significantly higher than those of group A(P<0.05).The thickness of eggshells in group B and group C were extremely increased(P<0.01).
