市域社会治理视角下高校学生评价共同体建设路径探析

摘　　要：市域社会治理是国家社会治理的重要一环,是对“国家之治”的具体落实。在治理层级、治理空间、治理能力上,对于解决社会公共问题、实现共建共治共享具有更强的针对性、有效性和可操作性。《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》的出台,将教育评价这一公共社会问题提到了较高层面,高校在学生评价上如何既能够落实方案的整体要求,又能够适合所在区位的人才培养定位是在进行学生评价改革时需要高度重视的问题。进入新时代,高校学生评价的改革是大势所趋,而改革的谋划和执行,需要系统协同、统筹兼顾,市域社会治理所具备的独特优势与新时代高校学生评价改革的需求相适切,建立一个共谋、共建、共治、共享的高校学生评价共同体既是新时代高校学生评价改革的需要,也是市域社会治理的应有之义。Municipal social governance is an important part of national social governance,which is the concrete implementation of"governance of the state".In terms of the level,space and capacity of governance,it is more targeted,effective and feasible to solve public problems and achieve joint contribution,joint governance and shared benefits.The General Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era has raised the public social problem of educational evaluation to a higher level,how colleges and universities can not only implement the overall requirements of the scheme,but also adapt to the location of talent training is a problem that needs to be paid great attention to in the reform of student evaluation.Entering the new era,the reform of college student evaluation is the general trend,and the planning and implementation of the reform need systematic coordination and overall consideration.The unique advantages of municipal social governance are appropriate to the needs of college student evaluation reform in the new era.Establishing a college student evaluation community is not only the need of college student evaluation reform in the new era,but also the due meaning of municipal social governance.
