摘  要:高职师资培训项目提质培优就是要通过打造精品项目、深化培训模式改革提高培训质量,为新时期职业教育高质量发展增值赋能。从政策依据、现实问题与学理支撑等角度探讨了高职师资培训项目提质培优的逻辑与前提,从界定标准、来源、培养路径与空间等维度分析“双师型”教师的内涵及其与培训项目实践的关联性发现,高职师资培训项目的目标必须聚焦到培养“双师”素质教师与团队。高职师资培训项目提质培优的实施路径为:建全培训体系,构建“三足鼎立”的师资培训新格局;改革培训模式,探索“三环相扣”的师资培训新模式;加强协同培训管理,创设“三位一体”师资培训管理体例。The improvement of the quality and excellence of the higher vocational teacher training program is to improve the quality of training by creating high-quality projects and deepening the reform of the training model,so as to add value and empower the highquality development of vocational education in the new era.From the perspectives of policy basis,practical problems and academic support,the logic and premise of higher vocational teacher training programs for improving quality and cultivating excellence are discussed,and the connotation and its relevance to the practice of training programs shows that the goal of higher vocational teacher training programs must focus on cultivating“double-qualified”teachers and teams.The implementation paths of the higher vocational teacher training project to improve the quality and cultivate excellence are as follows:build a complete training system and build a new pattern of teacher training with“three pillars”;reform the training model and explore a new model of teacher training with“three links”;strengthen collaboration training management and create a“trinity”teacher training management system.
