摘　　要：针对目前我国高职院校对学生综合评价存在“重技轻德”,且不能充分运用区块链、大数据、人工智能等新兴技术打造具有公开透明、可追溯性、不可篡改性等特征的综合评价体系等问题,在充分认同国家学分银行体系的基础上,引入区块链新技术,加入德育评价新元素,探究构建了“区块链+德技学分银行”系统模型,包括应用架构设计、应用模块设计和系统功能设计三个方面,实现学生、教师、企业导师等多元主体评价,为未来职业教育的“学分银行”建设提供借鉴。At present,there are some problems in the comprehensive evaluation of students in Chinese universities,especially in higher vocational colleges,such as“achievements only”and“scores only”one-sided evaluations which attaches importance on technology but look down upon morality.The evaluation system cannot be fully implemented based on openness,transparency,traceability and tamperresistance by taking advantages of blockchain,big data and AI.According to these problems,this paper introduces the new technology of blockchain and adds new elements of moral education evaluation.Starting with the analysis of the problems existing in the evaluation system,the paper expounds the concept and core technology of blockchain and the advantages of the evaluation system of blockchain moral technology credit bank,and focuses on the system model construction of blockchain morality and technology credit bank,including applied architecture design,applied module design and system function design.It boosts the exploration on how to realize multi-agent evaluation mechanism involving students,school teachers and enterprise tutors.It also lays a good trust foundation for the realization of“three complete education”in higher vocational colleges and provides new ideas for promoting vocational education and creating a comprehensive evaluation of morality and technology.
