摘　　要：新形势下传统的教学方式面临很多困境和挑战,已不能满足目前的带教需求。该文描述了皮肤科见习带教过程的体会,并进一步探索和思考教师应注意的问题。理论联系实际增强见习医师的参与意识,加强教师自身素质培养、以问题为中心的教学方法(PBL)、案例教学法(CBL)等多种教学模式的灵活选择,多媒体资料及网络资源的有效运用能帮助提升见习带教的质量。Lecture-based learring can't meet the demand of clinical internship of dermatology under new situation,which has many difficulties and greater challenge.This article described the experience of the teaching process in the clinical internship of dermatology,and further explored what the teacher should pay attention to.The enhancement of the clerkship's participation by linking theory with practice,the improvement of the teachers'teaching quality,the sillfully choice of kinds of tcaching mcthods such as PBL and CBL,and the efctivece application of mutimedia database and web resource can help us to promote the teaching quality of clinical internship.
