摘　　要：文章通过对2017年以来所有参加浙江省全科医生转岗培训学员的培训现况和培训需求进行调查和分析,探讨转岗培训中存在的问题,提出改进的建议,如建立针对性的转岗培训体系、探索转岗培训分层培养模式、多方协同营造更好的培训环境及加强培训后跟踪随访等,以期进一步提高全科医生转岗培训效果。Based on the investigation and analysis of the background,training status and training needs of GP transfer training students in Zhejiang Province from 2017 to 2020,this paper discusses the problems existing in the training system and puts forward suggestions for it,such as establishing a specialized training system,exploring a hierarchical training mode,creating a better training environment through multi-party cooperation,and closer follow-up after training,so as to further improve the effect of GP transfer training.
