《医学真传》之“真”的特点和意义探讨

摘　　要：[目的]探讨《医学真传》之“真”的特点和意义,明晰《医学真传》的学术思想,从而更好地为中医临床实践和中医教学服务。[方法]熟读《医学真传》一书,搜索相关文献,阅读与其理论相通的有关著作,结合高世栻所处的时代背景,探讨《医学真传》之“真”的特点和意义。[结果]高世栻提出“真”的概念一方面是由于早年习医不得要领,另一方面则是为了纠正当时医家套用成方、辨证不详的不良风气。其所传真学的特点可以总结为以下方面:正名定分、重视经典,针砭时弊、辨证论治,审证求因、究本探原。其所传真学对现代的中医教育有不小的借鉴意义,即:传真法、授真知、育医德。研究《医学真传》之“真”的特点和意义对提高医疗水平、深入研究疾病本质以及现代的中医教育具有较大的借鉴作用。[结论]明晰《医学真传》中“真”的特点和意义,可为现代的中医学习和教育指明方向,从而进一步挖掘钱塘医派的学术思想,推动浙派中医和浙江中医药事业的发展,但对于其中语焉不详、补弊救偏之词,学者当灵活看待,不可吹毛求疵、胶柱鼓瑟。[Objective] To explore the characteristics and significance of “true” in Yixue Zhenchuan and to clarify its academic thought, so as to better serve the clinical practice and teaching of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). [Methods] Through studying the book Yixue Zhenchuan, reading relevant works that are connected with its theories, and combining the historical background of GAO Shishi to discuss the characteristics and significance of the “true” of the book Yixue Zhenchuan. [Results] GAO Shishi put forward the concept of “true”, on the one hand, because the early medical study was discursive;on the other hand, it was to correct the unhealthy trend of doctors adopting prescriptions without clear diagnosis. The characteristics of its true knowledge can be summarized as follows: Correct the wrong concept so as to conform to the real meaning and emphasis on classics;criticize current problems and treat them based on syndrome differentiation;examine the cause and investigate the origin. The significance of its true knowledge can be summarized as follows: Teaching correct method;imparting true knowledge;training medical ethics. The study of the characteristics and significance of “truth” in the book Yixue Zhenchuan is of great reference to improve the level of medical treatment, to further study the nature of diseases and modern education of TCM. [Conclusion] Clarifying the characteristics and significance of “true” in the book Yixue Zhenchuan can point out the direction of the study and the education of modern TCM, so as to further explore the academic thoughts of the Qiantang medical school and promote the development of Zhejiang TCM school and Zhejiang Chinese medicine. However, scholars should be flexible about the vague words, not to be critical and rigid.
