摘 要:以某煤矿选煤集控系统为研究对象,对重介质选煤的基本原理及工艺流程进行详细分析,并在传统PID重介质悬浮液密度调节方式的基础上结合模糊控制技术,设计一套重介质选煤自整定模糊PID控制系统,以进一步提高系统的分选精度及控制效果。Taking a coal separation central control system of a coal mine as the research background, a detailed analysis of the basic principle and process flow of heavy-media coal separation was conducted, and a set of self-tuning fuzzy PID control system for heavy-media coal separation was designed on the basis of the traditional PID heavy-media suspension density adjustment method combined with fuzzy control technology, so as to further improve the sorting accuracy and control effect of the system.
