摘 要:家长教育焦虑是指家长对其子女教育问题产生过度担忧的情绪状态,是一种状态焦虑。小学家长的教育焦虑主要集中在孩子的学习方面。小学家长教育的焦虑与自身能力、精力有着密切的关系,与自身的期望值有关,与不合理的认知有关。要缓解教育焦虑,小学家长就要提升育儿能力,学会调整个人的期待,从发展的、全面的、相对的角度看问题,了解和尊重儿童成长的规律,学会调节自己的焦虑情绪。Parental education anxiety refers to the emotional state in which parents are excessively worried about their children’s education, which is a kind of state anxiety. Primary school parents’ educational anxiety mainly focuses on their children’s learning. The anxiety of primary school parents’ education is closely related to their own ability and energy, their own expectations and unreasonable cognition. To alleviate educational anxiety, primary school parents should improve their childcare ability, learn to adjust their personal expectations, look at problems from a developmental, comprehensive and relative perspective, understand and respect the law of children’s growth, and learn to adjust their anxiety.
