摘　　要：“中医药学基础”是高职农村医学专业开设的一门重要的专业技能课程,主要包括中医学基础、中医诊断、中药学与方剂学基础、中医常见病防治基础等内容。为提高课程教学质量,文章从农村医学专业的特色、中医药学基础课程的特点两方面,论述农村医学专业开设中医药学基础课程的重要性,从农村医学专业学生的生源状况参差不齐、任课教师临床实践能力欠缺、教学内容更新不及时等方面,分析农村医学专业中医药学基础课程教学面临的困境,从不断优化教学内容、创新教学方法等方面,探究中医药学基础课程教学策略,以培养实用型卫生人才,为全面实现乡村振兴服务。"Foundation of traditional Chinese medicine" is an important professional skill course offered by rural medicine major in higher vocational colleges, which mainly includes the foundation of traditional Chinese medicine, diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine, foundation of traditional Chinese medicine and prescription, prevention and treatment of common diseases of traditional Chinese medicine, etc. In order to improve the teaching quality of the course, this paper discusses the importance of setting up the basic course of traditional Chinese medicine in rural medical specialty from two aspects: the characteristics of rural medical specialty and the characteristics of the basic course of traditional Chinese medicine. From the aspects of the uneven source of students of rural medical specialty, the lack of clinical practice ability of teachers, and the untimely updating of teaching content, This paper analyzes the dilemmd existing in the teaching of the basic course of traditional Chinese medicine for rural medical students, and explores the teaching strategies of the basic course of traditional Chinese medicine from the aspects of constantly optimizing the teaching content and innovating the teaching methods, so as to cultivate practical medical and health talents and serve the overall revitalization of the countryside.
