摘  要:在落实“双减”政策的过程中,无论是原教培行业的教师还是学校教师都必须根据政策进行自身的调整。“双减”政策的落实,需要一支高素质专业化创新型教师队伍。原教培行业的教师应重新规划职业发展,而学校教师应通过提高课堂教学效率、精选课后习题、丰富社团活动等提高教学质量,为学生减负。文章对“双减”政策下这两类教师的变化和赋能进行分析,从而紧跟时代发展脚步,为学生营造更好的学习环境。In the process of implementing the "double reduction" policy, both teachers in the original teaching and training industry and school teachers must make their own adjustments according to the policy. The implementation of the "double reduction" policy requires a team of high-quality, professional and innovative teachers. Teachers in the former teaching and training industry should re plan their career development, and school teachers should improve the quality of teaching by improving the efficiency of classroom teaching, selecting after-school exercises, enriching community activities, and reducing the burden on students. This paper analyzes the changes and empowerment of these two types of teachers under the "double reduction" policy, so as to keep up with the development of the times and create a better learning environment for students.
