摘　　要：目的通过住院医师问卷调查,查找住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)招收工作存在的问题并提出对策,为进一步完善我国住培制度提供决策参考。方法依托国家级住培基地,对全国28个省市的部分2020年住院医师进行线上问卷调查,调查内容涵盖住院医师基本情况、招收信息获取、培训基地和专业填报、招收考试情况、对招收工作的评价以及期望。结果59.48%的住院医师未专门了解过培训基地的相关信息;69.23%和83.98%的住院医师分别填报了1家培训基地、1个专业,90.37%和84.71%的住院医师希望可以填报2家及以上培训基地、专业;14.72%的住院医师表示没有参加笔试,没有参加技能考试和面试的比例分别为33.13%和23.92%;94.27%的住院医师认为目前的住培招收工作是公平的;52.79%的住院医师希望有机会可以去外省心仪的培训基地学习;86.98%的住院医师支持建设全国统一的招收信息平台。结论为进一步完善住培招收工作,建议设立全国统一的住培招收信息平台、允许住院医师填报多个平行志愿、开展全国统一的住培招收笔试考试。Objective To find out the problems in residents recruitment of standardized training,and put forward suggestions to provide policy reference for further improvement.Methods An online questionnaire survey of residents in 2020 was conducted.The contents of survey covers general information,acquisition of recruitment information,applications for training base and major,recruitment exam,and evaluation and expectations for the recruitment.Results 59.48%resident physicians had little knowledge of the training base before recruitment.69.23%and 83.98%of the resident physicians filled out applications for one training base and one major,and 90.37%and 84.71%hoped to fill in 2 or more training bases and majors.14.72%of the resident physicians did not take the written test,while the proportions of not taking the skill exam and interview were 33.13%and 23.92%,respectively.94.27%of the resident physicians considered that the recruiting process was fair.52.79%of the residents hoped to have an opportunity to go to training bases in other provinces for study.86.98%of the residents support the construction of a nationwide unified recruitment information platform.Conclusion In order to further improve the residents recruitment of standardized training,it is recommended to set up a nationwide unified recruitment information platform,allow residents to apply for multiple training bases and majors,and organize a national unified written examination.
