摘　　要：目的探讨妇科内镜手术培训与考核体系(gynecological endoscopic surgical education and assessment,GESEA)在该院妇产科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中对妇科内镜基础技能培训的应用价值。方法GESEA纳入该院妇产科住培中,比较观察组26人培训前、后成绩与对照组14人之间成绩,分别比较观察组26人不同性别、学历、学校、年级亚组之间成绩。结果评估观察组培训前、后成绩及观察组和对照组之间成绩均有显著差异(P<0.01),观察组不同亚组之间成绩差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论GESEA有效提高该院妇产科住培妇科内镜基础技能。Objective To evaluate the application of the gynecological endoscopic surgical education and assessment(GESEA)system in the standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology residents in our hospital.Methods The European GESEA system was applied in the standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology residents in our hospital.We compared the results of 26 people in the study group before and after training,as well as with the results of 14 people in the control group.The results of 26 people in the study group with different genders,educational backgrounds,schools and grade subgroups were also compared.Results The results of the study group before and after training,and the results between the study group and the control group had significant differences(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in the results between the different subgroups of the study group(P>0.05).Conclusion GESEA can effectively improve the basic skills of gynecological endoscopy in the standardized training of resident doctors in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital.
