摘  要:专科医师规范化培训是毕业后教育的重要组成部分,其目的是培养能够独立、规范地从事疾病专科诊疗工作的临床医师。我国罹患神经科疾病人数众多,神经内科医师需求量大。该文深入分析1例延误诊断的特发性肥厚性硬脊膜炎病例,患者虽在出现肌无力后就诊于多家医院的神经内科,但专科医师存在只注重检查不关注疾病演变、体征的问题,因而未综合分析,导致诊断延误,遗留后遗症。由此说明专科医师规范化培训是临床医学专家成长的必由之路,对保证临床医师的专业水准、加强卫生人才队伍建设和提供高质量的医疗服务具有重要的、不可替代的作用。此外,临床医学博士专业学位研究生教育与专科医师规范化培训并轨培养的模式更有利于社会对高层次临床医师的需求,有利于加强专科人才队伍建设、保障培养质量。Standardized training for specialists is the main form of postgraduate medical education, which aims to train the clinicians to be independent and standard in the work of disease diagnosis and treatment. At present,a large number of China’s population suffer from neurological diseases, and clinical neurologists are in great demand.In this article, we analyzed a delayed diagnosed case with idiopathic hypertrophic pachymeningitis. The patient saw the neurologists in hospitals after the onset of limbs powerless, while specialists missed diagnosis by only concerning the test results, instead of the disease evolution and symptoms. We believe standardized training for specialists is the only way for clinical experts to grow. It plays an important and irreplaceable role in ensuring the professional level of clinical doctors, strengthening the construction of health personnel and providing high-quality medical service. In addition, the unification of postgraduate education for the professional degree of medical doctors and standardized training for specialists will help for the construction of specialized talents and the guarantee of training quality.
