摘　　要：近年来食品安全问题受到了人们的广泛关注。为了保障人们的饮食安全,需要严格控制影响食品安全的各种因素。本文从当前我国食品安全检测技术概述入手,对当前我国食品质量检测现状进行了分析,提出了几点创新开发的策略,以期为相关行业的工作人员提供参考。In recent years,the food safety problem has attracted wide attention.In order to ensure people’s food safety,various factors affecting food safety need to be strictly controlled.This paper starts from the current overview of food safety testing technology in China,analyzes the current situation of food quality testing in China,and puts forward several innovative and development strategies,in order to provide reference for the staff of related industries.
