摘　　要：在管办评分离背景下,教育部启动了职业院校诊改制度建设。调查显示,教育主管部门和国家、省两级诊改专委会有效推进和指导院校诊改工作,高职院校虽然在质量自我保证、治理能力提升、校本特色两链打造及平台建设等方面取得显著成效,但仍存在进展不平衡、内生动力不足、信息化水平待提高等问题。在分析问题的基础上,从长效运行机制建立、案例经验推广、校本特色质保体系建设、信息化建设等方面提出深入推进高职院校诊改制度建设的建议。Under the background of the separation of management,working and evaluation,the Ministry of education has started the construction of diagnosis and reform system in vocational colleges.The survey shows that the competent education departments and national and provincial medical reform committees effectively.Also,they promote and guide the medical reform work of colleges and universities.Although higher vocational colleges have achieved remarkable results in quality self assurance,improvement of governance ability,building of school-based characteristic two chains and platform construction,there are still problems such as unbalanced progress,insufficient endogenous power and information level to be improved.Based on the analysis of the problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions to further promote the construction of diagnosis and reform system in Higher Vocational Colleges from the aspects of the establishment of long-term operation mechanism,the promotion of case experience,the construction of school-based characteristic quality assurance system and information construction.
