知识网络嵌入与国际创业企业成长关系研究

摘　　要：利用网络嵌入的渠道便利性获取外部资源、培育动态能力、提高创新投入效率,进而提升国际创业成长绩效,已成为关注的热点。基于知识基础理论、网络嵌入性理论和动态能力理论,本文选取2011-2019年ICT行业国际创业企业的专利数据和2016-2020年企业特征数据,采用非平衡面板的随机效应模型实证研究知识网络嵌入、创新投入与国际创业企业的成长绩效之间的关系。结果发现:知识网络关系嵌入和结构嵌入均对国际创业企业的成长绩效提升有直接促进作用;创新投入在知识网络关系嵌入、结构嵌入与国际创业企业成长绩效之间的正向关系中起到积极的中介效应;动态能力显著正向调节知识网络关系嵌入与国际创业企业创新投入之间的关系。研究结论丰富了网络嵌入与国际创业相关理论,为国际创业企业搭建知识网络、培育动态能力、加快国际化进程以及为国际创业政策优化提供参考价值。It has become a hot spot to obtain external resources,cultivate dynamic capabilities,improve the efficiency of innovation investment,and then improve the performance of international entrepreneurship growth by using the channel convenience of network embedding.Based on the knowledge-based theory,network embeddedness theory and dynamic capability theory,this paper selects the patent data of international entrepreneurial enterprises in ICT industry from 2011 to 2019 and the enterprise characteristic data from 2016 to 2020,and uses the stochastic effect model of unbalanced panel to empirically study the relationship between knowledge network embeddedness,innovation investment and the growth performance of international entrepreneurial enterprises.The results show that knowledge network relational embeddedness and structural embeddedness have a direct role in promoting the growth performance of international entrepreneurial enterprises.Innovation input plays a positive mediating role in the positive relationship between knowledge network relational embeddedness,structural embeddedness and growth performance of international entrepreneurial enterprises;dynamic capabilities positively moderate the relationship between knowledge network relational embeddedness and innovation investment of international entrepreneurial enterprises.The research conclusions enrich the relevant theories of network embeddedness and international entrepreneurship,and provide reference for international entrepreneurial enterprises to build knowledge networks,cultivate dynamic capabilities,accelerate the process of internationalization and optimize international entrepreneurship policies.
