创新生态系统的知识治理机制与知识共创研究

摘　　要：创新生态系统出现“创新迟滞”的表现不在少数,提高创新生态知识治理水平已成为开放式创新模式下企业知识管理的核心问题。本研究整合了动态关系观、交易成本理论、制度理论,考察了核心企业知识治理与创新生态系统企业知识共创的关系,以296份参与创新生态系统的企业为样本,验证契约治理和信任治理的交互作用以及生态系统制度化程度的调节效应,完善了核心企业知识治理研究框架。研究结果表明,核心企业契约治理和信任治理对创新生态系统企业知识共创均具有正向影响,契约和信任对于知识共创是互补的作用,同时在生态系统制度化程度较低时,契约治理和信任治理对知识共创的交互作用会加强。上述研究结论为认识核心企业的两种知识治理机制在应对创新生态系统“创新迟滞”及“生态失调”问题中的作用机理提供了理论支持。最后,本研究从发挥核心企业在创新生态系统中的知识治理作用,合理选择不同知识治理机制以及分析实现治理有效性的情景条件等方面提出管理启示。Innovation ecosystem is the core of open innovation activities.More and more enterprises gain the support of heterogeneous knowledge resources by joining or creating innovation ecosystem.However,the advantages brought by the innovation ecosystem are not so ideal.Restricted by the cognitive differences among member firms,the basic risks of knowledge transaction and the limited rationality,the innovation lag in the innovation ecosystem is not uncommon.Therefore,improving the knowledge governance level of innovation ecological enterprises becomes the core of organizational knowledge management under open innovation.Based on this,on the basis of reading literature,this study integrates the dynamic view,transaction cost theory,system theory,examines the core enterprise knowledge management and innovation ecosystem,the relationship between enterprise knowledge to create the interaction of the validation of contract management and trust management,and the regulating effect of ecological system specification mechanism,perfect the core enterprise knowledge management framework for this research.In this paper,296 enterprises participating in the innovation ecosystem were taken as samples,and SPSS23.0 software was used to verify the hypothesis relationship between the variables.The results show that both contract governance and trust governance of core enterprises have positive effects on the knowledge co-creation of enterprises in the innovation ecosystem.Core enterprises adopt two governance mechanisms:contract governance and trust governance,and their contribution to knowledge co-creation of ecosystem enterprises is mainly reflected in complementarity.Contract governance can create a stable and controllable environment.On the one hand,the stability provided by this aspect maintains the interaction between network partners,thus increasing trust and generating greater collective awareness in the innovation network.With the increase of trust,knowledge exchange between enterprises becomes more frequent,which can strengthen t
