摘　　要：当前德育主要基于道德规范,忽视个体明见性。如果德育要在个体行为与道德规范之间实现有效沟通,它必须触发个体明见性的情感体验,后者才是德育在个体内心发生教育影响的现实基础。因此,德育并不是它表面所显示的那种基于道德规范的实践,德育始终是要建立在个体内隐的、生成于个人日常生活体验的原生意识之上。这样的德育不仅可以把我们引向我们心心念念的道德世界,也可以让个人在人类道德生活的真实情感与自我呈现中产生自主的道德行动。这种德育路径不是原来的结构外烁,也不是对个体自我意识的破坏性批判,而是借助现象学还原到我们生命的原初体验,它既可以促进个人成长,也可以阻断对个体生命的无意识集体控制。At present,moral education is mainly based on moral norms ignoring individual evidence.In fact,if moral education wants to achieve effective communication between individual behavior and moral norms,it must also trigger the emotional experience of individual evidence,and the latter is the practical basis of moral education in the heart of the individual.Therefore,moral education is not the kind of moral norms-based practice shown on its surface,moral education is always based on the hidden native consciousness generated from personal daily life experience.Such moral education can not only lead us to the moral world that we heart read,but also allow individuals to produce independent moral actions in the real emotions and self-presentation of human moral life.This path of moral education is not the original structure or the destructive criticism of individual self-consciousness,but the original experience of our life with the help of phenomenology.It can not only promote personal growth,but also block the unconscious collective control of individual life.
