摘 要:企业道德作为一种具有较强共识性的价值准则,能够体现企业自身的经营愿景。知识经济时代背景下,文化传媒企业的管理和运营已初步具有重视知识管理和人才管理的新特征。文化传媒企业道德建设缺失的主要原因在于企业发展与人的发展之间的关系出现失衡。应加强法律监管和道德监督,推进文化传媒企业道德责任机制的建设和完善。As a value criterion with strong consensus and normativeness,corporate ethics can reflect the company’s own business vision and long-term goals.Under the background of the era of knowledge economy,cultural media enterprises have initially acquired new features such as knowledge management and talent management in their management and operation.The main reason for the lack of moral construction in cultural media enterprises lies in the unbalanced relationship between enterprise development and human development.It should be based on measures such as strengthening moral supervision and legal supervision,and promote the improvement of the moral responsibility mechanism of cultural media enterprises.
