摘  要:以学校就业指导与校企合作工作实践为例,构建财务效益、管理效益、社会效益3项一级指标,拟定7项二级指标及28项三级指标。基于德尔菲法及层次分析法,运用Yaahp12软件对各项评价指标的权重进行计算,并且进行一致性检验。结果显示,指标权重由高到低依次为:社会效益、管理效益、财务效益。The article takes the practice of employment guidance and school-enterprise cooperation as an example,constructs three first-level indicators of financial benefits,management benefits,and social benefits,and drafts 7 second-level indicators and 28 third-level indicators.Based on Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process,the Yaahp 12 software is used to calculate the weight of each evaluation index,and conduct a consistency test.The results show that the index weights from high to low are:social benefits,management benefits,and financial benefits.
