摘  要:现有的交通信号配时方法未能量化考虑交通安全因素,也缺少信号相位设计对交通运行影响的研究.在交叉口冲突模型构建的基础上,提出了同时考虑交叉口通行安全与延误的综合成本模型,设计了相应的交叉口信号相位和配时优化流程方法.模型结构简单、流程清晰,能在降低交叉口延误的同时提高交通参与者的通行安全水平.实例验证表明,综合优化模型比最小延误模型的综合成本减少了4.5%,车均延误和行人平均延误相对于原方案分别减少了2.6%和14.9%,综合优化方案的冲突数比原方案下降了82%,比最小延误方案下降了77%.说明综合优化模型能够较好地均衡交叉口通行安全和通行效率之间的关系,可以改进交叉口信号相位及配时设计.The existing traffic signal timing methods fail to quantitatively consider traffic safety factors and lack research on the impact of signal phase design on traffic operation.Based on the construction of the intersection conflict model,a comprehensive cost model that considers both intersection safety and delay is proposed,and the corresponding intersection signal phasing and timing optimization process is designed.The model has a simple structure and a clear flow,which can reduce intersection delays while improving the traffic participants’traffic safety level.The case validation shows that the integrated optimization model reduces the integrated cost by 4.5%compared with the minimum delay model,and the average vehicle delay and average pedestrian delay are reduced by 2.6%and 14.9%,respectively,compared with the original scheme.It shows that the integrated optimization model can well weigh the relationship between intersection traffic safety and traffic efficiency,and can improve intersection signal phasing and timing design.
