摘 要:贝氏体钢轨具有优异的强度、韧性和低温性能。采用贝氏体AT钢轨加工成尖轨在大兴安岭地区西岭口车站进行了试铺,结果表明:贝氏体钢尖轨在使用过程中基本未出现剥离掉块等疲劳伤损,其耐磨性能比珠光体钢尖轨具有明显优势,在极寒气温下的使用寿命是珠光体钢尖轨的2倍以上。The bainite steel rail has excellent strength,toughness and low temperature properties.The switch rail made of bainite steel rail was paved in Xilingkou station in Greater Khingan area.The test results showed that the bainite steel switch rail basically had no fatigue damage such as flaking and spalling during the service.The wear resistance of bainite steel switch rail was also obviously superior to that of the pearlite steel switch rail.The service life of the bainite steel switch rail under extreme cold temperature was more than twice that of the pearlite steel switch rail.
