摘　　要：为提高高校实验室安全管理水平,本文对2001-2021年发生的126起高校实验室事故进行统计分析,从人、物、环境、管理4个方面总结高校实验室事故致因因素,利用关联规则分析出高校实验室事故致因因素,并提出高校实验室安全管理水平提升对策。结果表明:实验室监督管理G、安全责任感R、安全习惯R、实验物品存放W、安全意识R等因素对高校实验室事故影响作用较大;完善实验室安全制度体系、规范实验室安全责任体系、深入开展实验室安全教育、加大实验室投入是高校实验室安全管理水平提升对策。In order to improve the safety management level of laboratories in colleges and universities,in this paper,a statistical analysis on126laboratory accidents in colleges and universities from2001 to2021was carried out,the accident causes of laboratories in colleges and universities were summarized from the four aspects of people,object,environment and management,the accident causes of laboratories in colleges and universities were concluded using association rules,and countermeasures were put forward to improve the safety management level of laboratories in colleges and universities. The results show that the supervision management of laboratories,safety responsibility,safety habit,materials storage,and safety awareness have a greater impact on the laboratory accident in colleges and universities;and that measures to improve the safety management level of laboratories in colleges and universities are the perfection of the laboratory safety institution system,the normalization of laboratory safety responsibility system,the deep development of laboratory safety education,and the increase of laboratory investment.
