高校体育文化育人现状及应对策略探析

摘　　要：本文通过对高校体育文化育人的现状进行了系统的调查研究,发现现阶段各大高校在体育文化育人方面存在着诸多问题,尤其是在体育教学内容、课外体育锻炼、体育运动竞赛、体育场地设施和规章制度方面没有形成科学规范性的措施和指导,对高校体育文化育人成效造成了一定的影响。文章通过对影响体育文化育人的各个因素进行了系统的分析,针对性地提出了各项有效的解决途径,对提升高校体育文化育人思路,拓宽体育文化育人渠道有着重要的促进作用。Through the systematic investigation and Research on the current situation of physical culture education in Colleges and universities,this paper finds that there are many problems in physical culture education in Colleges and universities at this stage,especially in the lack of scientific and standardized measures and guidance in physical education teaching content,extracurricular physical exercise,sports competition,sports venues and facilities and rules and regulations,It has a certain impact on the effectiveness of physical culture education in Colleges and universities.Through the systematic analysis of various factors affecting the education of sports culture,this paper puts forward various effective solutions,which plays an important role in promoting the ideas of sports culture education in Colleges and universities and broadening the channels of sports culture education.
